Class Experience

"Sisters holding hands, in this circle we belong. We are like the rose, we are stronger than we know." - Ayla Schafer

Our mission is to gather girls in mentorship, nature connection, and sisterhood to support and empower them to cultivate and nourish their inner resources and wellbeing. Sisterhood Circles by Aishling Forest School aims to naturally empower girls to become confident women who will change the world for the better.

Our values include trust, acceptance, appreciation, intuition, confidence, courage, awareness, empowerment, compassion, honesty, authenticity, curiosity, reverence, wisdom, and sisterhood.

Sisterhood Circles will be 100% nature-immersed and located at our beautiful home in the woods at CEED (Center for Environmental Education + Discovery) in Brookhaven, NY.

This unique program will include 10 sessions on Mondays from 4-6 pm starting in October 2022. The program is best suited for young women ages 9-12 years old (homeschoolers are welcome!) The program will be drop-off sessions from 4-6:00 pm and will begin on Monday, October 3rd, 2022, and will end for the winter on Monday, December 19th, 2022.

Topics will include:

*Sisterhood

*Self-Expression + Community Building

*Self-Care + Nature Connection

*Assertiveness + Finding Your Voice

*Body Connection

*Coming of Age + Womanhood

*Intuition + Conflict Resolution

*Nourishment + Celebration

Our program includes:

• 3 months of 2-hour Sisterhood Circle drop-off sessions

• Nutritious and delicious snacks (made with love) by our foodie fairy, Ariana Curcio

• 2 Dedicated Caregiver Sessions: 1 session dedicated to each young woman’s female caregiver and 1 session dedicated to their male caregiver
