Not only can sketchbook journaling be a relaxing, fun, and creative outlet - but also a wonderful tool for self-care and wellness. We will explore ways you can nurture your mind, body and spirit, from gratitude and intention setting to monitoring mood, meds, activity, diet, exercise, your daily progress, or starting new healthy habits. You will learn to create a graphic notebook documenting your journey of health and wellness using words and images, with useful tables, page layouts, a glorious array of colors and marker media, lettering and page decor. All levels welcome.
