NEW! Learn the art of beautiful writing and the flourishes of illustration: it's a match made in heaven! Start with the basics of calligraphy (Chancery Cursive) and progress to floral decoration for invitations and cards. We will include both pen and brush techniques. Class will cover letter spacing, design, envelopes, ornamented letters, thematic borders, etc. Beginners and more advanced students are welcome. Supplies: Students may bring their own supplies (see online supply list) or purchase artist-quality supply kits from TAC for $50. Kit includes: pens, nibs, ink, paper, brushes, watercolors, palettes, rulers, erasers, pencils.
