Deposit and Payment: A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your private workshop. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event.
Headcount must be confirmed one week prior to the event to ensure your deposit remains refundable.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, a minimum of 14 days notice is required. We will do our best to accommodate your new date based on availability. Cancellations with less than 14 days' notice will forfeit the deposit.
