A private class custom to what you want and the theme you want, while we celebrate you with your beloved ones! What a wonderful way to do it than surrounded by art!
BIRTHDAY STRUCTURE
2 hours and 30 minutes of birthday.
1 and a half hour of class time
1 hour of free time (a time to share with your guests and enjoy your party)
BE PUNCTUAL: we love to have fun! So let’s make every moment count!
Total of people:
Minimum of 8 children require, if less than 8 we will equally charge the 8.
Maximum of 25 children
Cost 75$ per child

*1 Art Shack Class Raffle (multiart only)
*1 teacher = 12 children more than 12 we add another teacher
Additional add ons:
*Personalized Physical invitation 3$ per invitation
*Premium Decoration- personalized theming and goodie bags +150$ more than 12 price increase because of goodie bags (we keep non disposable decorations and any left overs)
*Photography Package- premium photography, chosen best pictures on a USB all edited 250$ or basic photography all pictures taken into a usb unedited and not sorted out 125$
CERAMICS birthday: the price increase 15$ more per child, this include the ceramic materials, another teacher and 2 hours of personalized class time.
DISCLAIMER: ceramics doesn’t dry the same day, the client can take the piece home the same day but they can’t paint it, if the client desires to paint it at the studio, they’ll have to book a class to do it.
SLIME birthday: the price increase 15$ more per child, this include the slime materials, the container to storage it, another teacher and 2 hours of personalized class time. The client can take the piece the same day.

We requiere a deposit of 225$ to book your birthday, the remaining balance will be due 7-5 DAYS BEFORE THE RESERVE DATE of the birthday party.
Minimum 30 days to book the date and maximum 15 days to book the date.
If the booking is made 15 days of fewer before the event date, the client agrees to pay the 50% of the total event cost at the time of booking. This payment is non refundable.
The remaining balance will be paid according to the standard payments outlined.
The Art Shack will do a full refund until 20 days before the booking date.
The Art Shack will NOT REFUND THE DEPOSIT OF THE EVENT
