Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations
If a cancellation request is received within three business days of a member's join date, a full refund can be received per Massachusetts General Law. After that, a 30-day advanced written notice to The Art Spot must be provided in order to confirm and process cancellation requests. No refund will be given for the month in which a membership is cancelled, and memberships will still be valid through the last day of the month.
Memberships that are 30 days past due will automatically be cancelled with a 24-hour notice from The Art Spot. Membership reinstatement requires payment of dues owed, a $25 late fee, and payment of the new month of membership.
