The HOT ART Bus brings large-scale creative engagement directly to your event through a fully facilitated mobile art activation designed to build connection, creativity, and community. Perfect for festivals, breweries, schools, libraries, fundraisers, community celebrations, corporate gatherings, and public events, these experiences invite guests of all ages to participate in accessible, hands-on artmaking with no experience required.
Hosted by The Arts Creative founder and arts educator Katie Ross, each activation is intentionally designed to create moments of play, belonging, and meaningful interaction within busy event environments. Guests create a free take-home art piece while organizers offer something memorable, interactive, and community-centered that encourages people to slow down, stay longer, and connect.
The HOT ART Bus can be activated directly from the bus itself or expanded with a 10x20 tent, tables, and mobile art stations depending on the size and needs of your event. Activations can also take place indoors within libraries, schools, art rooms, breweries, conference spaces, and community venues.
Standard festival and public event activations begin at $750 for up to 4 hours and serve 100+ participants. Additional hours, expanded capacity, custom projects, and travel outside the local area are available upon request.
