Designed for birthdays, celebrations, and curated gatherings, our offsite events bring the full Boston Artistry magic beyond our studio walls—complete with expert instruction, premium materials, and a beautifully organized creative flow.

From arrival to breakdown, our team manages the art experience with precision and care, allowing hosts to relax while guests enjoy a guided, elevated design process that feels both fun and intentional.

• All premium art supplies and professional tools required for your selected experience
(participants bring their own sneakers, sports balls, or denim when applicable)
• A structured, instructor-led art session guided by a professional Boston Artistry artist
• Light décor and ambiance setup to enhance the creative atmosphere
(additional décor styling, balloon installations, custom signage, or specialty themes may incur additional charges)
• Personalized theme elements thoughtfully aligned with your event concept
• Full setup and complete cleanup of the art experience and creative stations
• Optional add-ons available upon request: tables, table covers, chairs, tents, and expanded studio-style layouts for large-scale or outdoor events

• Bring Your Own Sneaker Customization
Our signature Be Your Own Designer™ workshop, where guests design and paint their own sneakers using professional-grade leather or fabric paints with step-by-step guidance.
• Basketball Art Party
A high-energy creative experience where guests personalize basketballs with names, team colors, graphics, or bold statement designs.
• Tote or Canvas Art Workshop
A guided studio-style session focused on painting techniques, lettering, pattern design, and creative self-expression.

💥 Event Details & Hosting Requirements
• Standard Headcount: 15+ participants
(additional headcount may be requested and approved based on location size, staffing, and flow)
• Minimum Booking Requirement:
• 10 participants or
• $1,500 minimum event investment
• Starting at: $65 per additional participant (within 10 miles of Hingham)
• Base Duration: 1.5 hours
(extended time may be requested at an additional rate)
• Travel Fee: Applicable for events located beyond a 10-mile radius, based on distance
• Setup: All art-related tables, seating, protective covers, and creative props are provided by our team
• RSVP Coordination: Final headcount is required no later than one week prior to the event date

📍 Location Guidelines & Availability
• Offsite experiences are primarily designed for commercial or event-appropriate venues, including:
• Community centers
• Studio spaces
• Event halls
• Breweries or restaurant event spaces
• All venue fees, permits, and location-related costs are the responsibility of the host, not The Boston Artistry

🏡 Backyard & Private Home Events
• Backyard or private home celebrations are offered on a limited basis only
• Availability is subject to business discretion, team availability, space suitability, weather, and local permitting requirements
• These events are typically considered during select months, and approval is not guaranteed
• Requests for backyard or private home parties must be reviewed and confirmed prior to booking

📌 Terms & Conditions
• Events must be booked at least two weeks in advance
• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date
• The Boston Artistry serves exclusively as the creative and art-experience partner
• Food, beverages, cake, catering, or serving services are not provided or handled by our team
• Additional fees may apply for extended time, added participants, distance travel, décor upgrades, or advanced custom requests

Please note that if you have registered for a workshop or event but are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration at least a week before the scheduled workshop or event. This will entitle you to receive half studio credit for a future workshop or event. However, no credit will be issued if you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop or event.

It is important to note that The Boston Artistry does not offer refunds or credits for missed workshops or events. We kindly request that you plan accordingly and provide sufficient notice if you are unable to attend.

The Boston Artistry may cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, or low enrollment. If this happens, you will be notified urgently and can request a full refund or credit for any future programs at The Boston Artistry.
