At The Boston Artistry Sneaker Bar, birthday parties are structured creative experiences designed to feel effortless for families and exciting for guests. Each celebration is led by professional artists, thoughtfully paced, and centered around one goal: every guest leaves feeling proud of what they created.
What Every Party Includes
All party packages include:
• A professionally guided, hands-on art or design experience
• All paints, tools, and selected materials; for the chosen package
• Structured creative instruction in a supportive studio environment
• Polaroid keepsake photos
• Digital invitation and light studio décor
• Organic juice, water, and popcorn
• One large cheese pizza for groups of ten (10) or more participants
Parties are designed to balance creativity, social time, and celebration while keeping the experience organized and stress-free for families.

2. Premium Custom Accessories Package

Best for personalization, themed artwork, and elevated design guidance.

Each item is pre-drawn with the guest’s name, character, or themed artwork prior to the party.

3. Paint Your Own Sports Ball Experience
$89.99 per guest | 2 hours
A specialty experience for sports-focused celebrations.
Includes:
• Sports ball provided (basketball, soccer ball, etc.)
• Pre-drawn names or team-inspired designs
• Guided painting session
• Optional professional finishing (see below)

4. Bring Your Own (BYO) Creative Experiences
Families provide the base item; our team handles all design preparation and instruction.
a. BYO Denim Jacket / Jeans / Vest Party
$75 per guest | 2 hours
Includes all Premium Package features with pre-drawn names or themed sketches.
b. Custom BYO Sneaker Painting Party
$99.99 per guest | 3 hours
Freestyle sneaker design session led by our Sneaker Designer.
Headcount: Minimum 6 | Maximum 18 participants
c. Premium Street-Style Sneaker Experience
$143.99 per guest | 3+ hours
Our most elevated sneaker experience, including advanced design guidance, professional prep, and premium finishing.

Complimentary Professional Touch-Ups
Premium Packages Only
For Premium-level parties, we offer complimentary professional touch-ups as an optional enhancement.
At the guest’s discretion, completed projects may be left at the studio for:
• Professional outlining
• Final refinements
• Protective sealing
Important Notes:
• Available only for Premium Packages
• Projects must be intentionally left at the studio at the conclusion of the party
• Turnaround time is 8–12 business days
• Finished projects are packaged together as a group
• The party host is responsible for picking up all completed items on behalf of their guests
This option allows the party day to remain relaxed and creative while ensuring studio-quality finished results.
Food & Allergy Policy (Important)
We provide organic juice, water, popcorn, and cheese pizza for groups of 10 or more.
Allergy Notice:
The Boston Artistry is not a nut-free or allergen-free facility. Food is prepared and served in a shared environment.
Parents are responsible for:
• Notifying us of any food allergies at the time of booking
• Providing allergy-safe alternatives if needed
We are happy to omit or adjust food offerings with advance notice.

Please note that if you have registered for a workshop or event but are unable to attend, you must cancel your registration at least 72 hours before the scheduled workshop or event. This will entitle you to receive full studio credit for a future workshop or event. However, no credit will be issued if you cancel within 72 hours of the scheduled workshop or event.
It is important to note that The Boston Artistry does not offer refunds or credits for missed workshops or events. We kindly request that you plan accordingly and provide sufficient notice if you are unable to attend.
The Boston Artistry may cancel a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, illness, or low enrollment. If this happens, you will be notified urgently and can request a full refund or credit for any future programs at The Boston Artistry.
