Move + Play Party at The Clubhouse
Celebrate with a high-energy, instructor-led party designed for movement, fun, and connection!
Our Move + Play Party is fully guided by The Clubhouse team, so parents can relax while kids jump right in. Staff lead the entire experience — organizing games, obstacle courses, movement challenges, and guided play in our foam pit and turf spaces.
This is not free play. We create a fun, inclusive flow that keeps kids engaged, supported, and participating together from start to finish — no hovering required.
What’s Included:
• 90 minutes total
• Instructor-led games, obstacle courses, and movement challenges
• Guided play in the foam pit and turf spaces
• Time set aside for food and cake
• Up to 10 children
• Fully staffed and facilitated throughout the party
Food, Drinks & Decorations:
Families provide all food, beverages, and decorations for the celebration. Food and drinks are enjoyed in designated areas only (no food or drinks in the foam pit or turf spaces).
Pricing:
• $400 for up to 10 children
• Additional children: $20 per child
Final headcount is due 72 hours prior to event. This number will serve as the guaranteed minimum for billing purposes.

Deposit & Payment
• A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time
• The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the scheduled party date
• Parties must be paid in full prior to the event
Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Deposits are non-refundable
• One courtesy reschedule is permitted with 7+ days’ notice, subject to availability
• Cancellations within 7 days of the party are not eligible for refunds
• Final headcount is due 72 hours prior to event. This number will serve as the guaranteed minimum for billing purposes.
Safety & Supervision
• All activities are led and supervised by The Clubhouse staff
• A standard liability waiver is required for all participants
