Cancellation: Families wishing to withdraw from the Hybrid Enrichment Program must provide 30 days' written notice by email. Tuition remains due during the 30-day notice period, whether or not the student attends. Refunds: -Registration/deposit fees are non-refundable. -Monthly tuition is non-refundable once billed, except in the case of an overpayment made by the family. -No refunds, credits, or make-up days will be given for absences due to illness, vacations, appointments, extracurricular activities, weather, or other personal scheduling conflicts.
