Policy

- Studio space has limited sitting space, and we do request that party guests are dropped off for parties. (Exceptions can be made on a case-by-base basis.)

-At time of booking a non-refundable deposit of $150 is required to hold your requested date. Once date and party details are confirmed an invoice will be sent.

-If you need to cancel, for any reason, within 2 weeks of the party, the host will be refunded full payment minus $150 non-refundable deposit. After 2 weeks, no refund will be given. However, we will do our best to work with the host to reschedule your party to the next available date that works for you.

-All costs of projects are included in the party price unless noted. Host will take home a custom party banner. All guests will leave with a unique piece of art that they created.

-Hosts are invited to arrive 15 minutes prior for set up and are provided 15 minutes post party to clean up. We are available, and willing, to help with set up and clean up of party decor.

-Final guest count is due to the party coordinator the Monday prior to your party.

-Please feel free to bring party treats, refreshments, party decor, plates, napkins, utensils, etc, unless you have selected these items as add-ons to your party package.

-Outside food and drinks are welcome, however we ask that refreshments be put on hold until after the activity is complete.
