Open workshop sessions with guided access to our whole shop, full of cool maker materials, tools, and project ideas.
NOTE:
During our Maker Club sessions, makers will get to choose their own creative path with lots of support and guidance from our instructors. Think woodworking, fiber arts, creative build & play with some good old-fashioned arts & crafts. We'll introduce new materials, techniques, or tools each week to keep things interesting.
We're all about the process here, and when your kids are in the shop, they'll practice valuable skills like creative thinking, planning, problem-solving, fine motor skills, collaboration, personal responsibility, follow through, reflection, taking and giving feedback, and failing (yup, it's good for everyone to fail a little sometimes.)
Heads up! We use real power tools & low-temp hot glue (gloves required). Safety checks and adult supervision are in place.
Grown-ups are welcome to stay and play, drop off (kids 5+), or hang out and read a book/work, whatever works best for your fam.
Children younger than 5 are required to have an adult present.
