Birthday Party Deposit
$250 deposit to hold your requested date and time as discussed with our birthday party coordinator. Deposit amount will be applied to your total invoice, which is due 1 week in advance of your event along with final headcount. Deposits are non-refundable.

Policy
Cancelled reservations for Birthday Parties are required to be made 3 weeks before the scheduled date of the party in order to receive a partial refund. Cancellations made with less than a 3-week notice will not be refunded. Parties canceled by The Cubhouse will receive a refund. Deposits are non-refundable.
