In this program, we emphasize the importance of self care and healthy living through exercise, spa products, and fun foods.
The kids will partake in fun exercises like Tai chi, yoga, group dance routine, and Taekwondo. We will spend each day focusing on a different health topic; the importance of healthy eating and body image, organically made cosmetic products, and mental and physical heath. Between taking nature walks down to the Sandy Point Beach on Cousins Island and making their own spa products and beautiful crafts using items found on the beach, your child will feel like they are on a getaway spa retreat.
