Throw a fun glamour girl party with Lip Balm and Lip Sugar making. Each participant makes their own custom scented lip balm and lip sugar. Lip sugar gently exfoliates your lips to make them super soft, while the lip balm will help them stay smooth and kissable. This is a fun party for kids, teens, and adults. And everyone goes home with party favors they made themselves.
