SPANISH FOR PRESCHOOLERS is a fun and interactive program designed specifically for 3-5 year olds. Classes teach the preschool students basic Spanish foundation vocabulary words and phrases. Lesson plans incorporate a Spanish vocabulary through diverse methods including nursery rhymes, puppet shows, felt boards and lots of singing, dancing and lots of interactive movement! Research studies indicate the benefits of introducing foreign language skills at an early age. Students at a young age absorb the foreign vocabulary as if they were learning new words in English.  There is no translation factor - only absorption!  Younger students have flexibility with their tongues enabling them to pronounce foreign words with proper enunciation and accentuation.

The class is open to new and returning students. The program consists of 1/2 hour group lessons once a week for 8 consecutive weeks. Most schools offer 3 levels of the Spanish program throughout the school year. Each preschool level builds from the previous session. Material from previous sessions is reviewed.
