PLEASE NOTE: Price listed on this form is the BASE price for a party and may not reflect the actual price of your party. This form is used for the purposes of booking and collecting your deposit. Actual price will include agreed upon upgrades including weekend price adjustments, additional guests, add-ons and sales tax.
Cancellations with less than 1 week notice will not be eligible for refund. Package includes up to 15 guests. Additional guests $22 each. Contact us for special requests such as a themed project. Special requests can be accommodated at an additional fee.
