**The Geekery – Room Rental Terms of Service**

Thank you for choosing to host your campaign at The Geekery! We’re excited to offer a one-of-a-kind immersive Dungeons & Dragons room for your private use. The following Terms of Service outline the expectations and responsibilities for clients renting this space.

1. Reservation & Payment

* Room rentals are confirmed upon full payment.
* Payment secures your selected time slot and guarantees exclusive use of the space.
* Rentals are non-refundable, but sessions may be rescheduled with at least 72 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

2. Rental Duration & Usage

* Each booking includes up to 3 hours of private use in The Geekery’s D\&D room.
* Additional time may be requested in advance for an added fee.
* Clients may arrive no more than 10 minutes before their reserved time and must exit promptly at the end of the session.

3. Responsibility for Damage

* The Geekery’s D\&D room features a custom-built table, lighting, props, and furnishings.
* Clients are expected to treat all equipment and furniture with care.
* **Any damage caused to the table, props, furniture, or space during your rental will result in a charge for full repair or replacement costs.**
* By signing this agreement, you accept full responsibility for your group’s use of the space.

4. Group Conduct

* This experience is intended for respectful, collaborative gameplay. Hate speech, harassment, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
* Alcohol, drugs, and smoking are not permitted on the premises.
* All guests must remain in the designated rental area and respect the studio space.

5. Clean-Up

* Please leave the room in the condition it was found.
* Trash must be disposed of in designated bins.
* Props and items used should be returned to their original locations.
6. Liability Waiver

* Participation in tabletop roleplaying and use of the space involves minor risk of injury or property loss.
* The Geekery is not responsible for personal belongings lost, stolen, or damaged during your rental.
* By signing this agreement, you release The Geekery and its staff from liability for personal injury or loss during your use of the space.

7. Acceptance of Terms

By reserving The Geekery’s D&D room, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service and accept full responsibility for your group’s conduct and care of the space.
