Description
Connect with other soon to be mamas as you enjoy the benefits of practicing yoga during pregnancy. Improved digestion and circulation, building a strong and stable core, and developing strong yet supple pelvic floor muscles will help create a sense of ease, comfort, and confidence during your pregnancy and delivery process. Safe and thoughtful asana (poses), breath work, meditation, and open discussion will facilitate connection to your body, your baby, and your community of future mothers. No previous yoga experience is required for this gently flowing class. Women at any stage of pregnancy are welcome, as well as postnatal moms.
