Art Studio Rental includes access to tables, chairs and basic cleanup supplies
Rental does not include use of art supplies at the Kids Patch
Renter will need to provide their own supplies for the project they are doing

The Studio Rental includes access to 3 Large tables, 1 small table and 12 stools and private bathroom.
*Renters must bring and use their own art supplies and materials, including paints, brushes, canvases, paper and any other necessary tools.
*Studio materials, including Kids Patch art supplies are NOT included in the rental fee and may not be used without prior written approval.
*Renters are responsible for leaving the space clean and in its original condition after use. Cleaning supplies will be available. Floors swept and mopped, tables and chairs wiped cleaned. Bathroom floor, sink and toilet cleaned.
*Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times
*No hazardous material or open flames are permitted
*Any damage caused by misuse of equipment, materials, or furniture will be the renters responsibility
*Bathroom sink or kitchen sink should not be used to rinse off art tools or to dump paint or other materials in. Please use mop sink to clean and rinse all art materials. Mop sink is located in the main bathroom.
Liability
The Kids Patch is not responsible for any personal injury , lost or damaged property, or accidents that occur during studio use.
The Renter assumes full responsibility for themselves and any participants during the rental period.
By requesting the space, the renter acknowledges that they have read and agree to the terms on this rental agreement
