The Kids Patch Rental
This Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between The Kids Patch (“Owner”)
for the use of The Kids Patch facilities.
Rental Space & Amenities
The rented space includes:
The Orchard room 1 or 2 or rented as whole

½ room $25 per hour Whole room $50 per hour

Tables and chairs
1/2 room rental 2 child size tables and 8 small chairs
Whole room 4 Child size table and 16 small chairs
or
Large tables and chairs available for rent

Wi-Fi controlled sound system (Network: NOYCO 5, Password: 4802860716).

Bathroom

1. Payment terms
Full Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm reservation. Payments are non-refundable unless cancellation occurs at least 14 days before the rental date.

2. Facility use
Renter agrees to use the gym space solely for the purpose stated in request form and to ensure that all guests, participants, and attendees behave safely and respectfully.
*No open flames used in or around facility (candles on cake are fine)
*No alterations may be made to the facility
*Decorations must be approved and removed after use.
*All activities must be appropriate for a family-friendly environment.

3. Liability
Renter assumes full responsibility for the conduct of guests and for any damage to the facility, equipment or property.
The Kids Patch is not liable for injuries, accidents, or lost property during the rental period.
Renters agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Kids Patch LLC and its staff from any claims arising from the rental or use of the facility.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance
Renter agrees to leave the facility in the same clean condition it was found. All trash must be placed in dumpsters in the back of the building, decorations removed, floors swept and cleaned and personal belongings taken home.
If the facility requires additional cleaning after the rental (e.g., food spills, trash left behind, decorations not removed a $100 cleaning fee will be charged to the card on file.
Excessive damage or mess may result in additional charges.

5.Alcohol, Smoking, and Substance use
The Kids Patch maintains a strict NO alcohol, NO smoking, NO vaping or e-cigarettes and NO drug policy on the premises. This includes outside and around the building.
Violation of this policy will result in an immediate $200 penalty fee and may lead to termination of the rental without a refund. Additional cleaning or damage repair costs may also be charged.

6. Cleanup and time limits
All setup and cleanup must be completed within the reserved rental time.
If the renter enters early or remains in the facility past the scheduled end time, additional time will be billed in 30-min increments at the standard hourly rental rate ($12.50 per hour 1/2 room rental or $25 whole room rental).
Failure to vacate on time may result in additional fees

7. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the rental date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable

8. Agreement
By paying the payment renter acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to all term and conditions outlined in the Gym Rental Agreement
