WONDERFUL WIZARDRY HARRY POTTER PARTY
In this dynamic and creative party we will recreate some Wizardy Birthday Delights.
We will create some Potter Pastries! (our version is a pizza style calzone), decorate chocolate owl cupcakes and a toast with butterbeer! Let the FEAST begin! Chocolate wands and chocolate frogs included.
Headcount:up to 10 guests included (Can request additional headcount)
Duration:2 hours (Can request additional time)

- Party Favor- a Kitchen Classroom Apron for each of the party guests ($15.00 per guest) +$15
- Personal pepperoni pizza ($10.00 each) +$10
- Personal cheese pizza ($10.00 each) +$10
- Personal veggie pizza (onions, green pepper, olives. $10.00 each) +$10
- Personalized cutting board ($25.00 each) +$25
- 3 Pre-made donuts ready to decorate and glaze +$15
Send us a party request with your preferred date(s) and time(s). Once we finalize a date and time, you will reserve the party with a $300.00 deposit.
We will then email you 5 days before the party to confirm how many friends are attending the party and any other details.
We will then send you a final invoice to be paid prior to the party.
A $25 charge will be added to the party balance per day if the balance is not paid 24 hrs after the party start time.
PARTY TIMES:
Most Parties and other private events are held on Saturday’s and Sunday’s. Other days and times may be available upon request and availability.
Parties are 2 hours long.
The Host Family can arrive 10 minutes before the party begins.
Due to the popularity of our parties, we request that you stay aware of the ending time of your party.
If you are over by 10 minutes of the ending time of your party, you will be charged for the next 1/2 hour of time, which is $50.
WHEN CAN I ARRIVE FOR THE PARTY?
You can arrive 10 minutes before the party.
We need the time prior to the party to finish setting up for your party. Arriving early is not an option unless arranged previously. If you do arrive early, you are welcome to wait outside.
PARTY SIZE AND COST:
Each party cost is based on 10 children- including the birthday child. You can add up to 14 additional guest at $65.00 per guest
HOSTING ADULT:
Our parties are a drop off only party but the host parent is welcome to stay.
PARTY INCLUDES
Food, décor, instruction, plates, napkins, cups.
Choose from a variety of themed parties or customize your own party!
We will provide imaginative, entertaining cooking parties with fresh, seasonal ingredients, creative ideas, and talented (patient) chef instructors.
We give the birthday child “The Kitchen Classroom” apron to take home. (This item is also available for purchase should you wish to add them on as a party favor for the rest of the party guests.)
All parties are drop off events.
