Meetings:
$30/hr. (2-hour minimum per session — minimum charge $60)
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. To keep scheduling fair for all guests and to cover preparation costs, please review our cancellation policy below:
Meeting & Event Cancellations
* **7+ days before your booking:** Full refund (or credit, if preferred).
* **3–6 days before your booking:** **50% refund** (or full credit).
* **Within 48 hours of your booking:** No refund. (Credit may be offered at our discretion.
Rescheduling
* You may reschedule **once** with at least **72 hours’ notice**, based on availability.
* Rescheduling requests made within **72 hours** of the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.
No-Shows & Late Arrivals
* **No-shows** are non-refundable.
* If your group arrives late, we’ll do our best to accommodate, but your booking may still end at the originally scheduled time.
Minimums & Deposits
* A **deposit may be required** to hold your date.
* Deposits are applied to your total and follow the cancellation policy above.
Weather & Emergencies
If severe weather or an unexpected emergency affects your booking, we’ll work with you to **reschedule or provide a credit** whenever possible.
