Description

In an ever-changing world, there’s no better training ground for your kid’s future than an improv class.

Confidence, creativity, the ability to adjust to surprises, empathy, awareness, active listening, cooperation, and strong communication skills are at the core of everything improv is all about – and there’s no better time to make sure your child has these tools for success than during the important high school years.

This class challenges the high-school age student with a strong focus on honing character development and storyline through long-form activities, building towards a performance created and hosted by the students themselves.

In our welcoming and nurturing classrooms, THE LAUGHING ACADEMY embraces the basic lesson of improv - which is that there are no wrong answers. In this environment, students are free to embrace their amazing individuality, and build confidence in their own ideas and instincts while still respecting the perspective and contributions of others.

Send your child out into the world with increased confidence, empathy, creativity, and the ability to handle surprises in stride!
