Cancellation and Refund Policy
All memberships require a 3-month minimum commitment, and cancellations will not be processed until after the initial 3-month period.
Memberships can be canceled directly through your member account or by submitting a written or email request. Cancellation requests can be sent to memberships@thelittlevillageplaycafe.com.
Please note that memberships are non-refundable.
If a membership is canceled after the 3-month minimum, all membership benefits—including discounts, free play, and class credits—will end immediately upon cancellation.
