Each class focuses on a fundamental Parkour movement/exercise to build strength and control while connecting to your body. Every technique is taught as a progression so that you can “Choose Your Challenge” and scale every movement to your personal level. Hone your Parkour Vision by experiencing the potential for movement in local parks, playgrounds, and plazas.

Stay after class to explore the park and experience the best part of parkour: communal training. Coaches stay to train with you, give some 1 on 1 feedback, and suggest additional exercises for your interests. Have a goal for the Winter? Let our coaches know.
