Always expanding the minds of our little ones, we are excited to offer this class to our toddlers looking to expand their exposure to the Hindi language and culture.
Please join us for a trial class with our new teacher who is experienced with all ages, taking learners all the way to their Biliteracy exam for their high school diploma, so we are confident in her expertise in this area!
This class is designed specifically to cater the needs of our very young
learners. According to the most updated language teaching methods, kids learn best through various activities like songs, dance, stories, DIY projects, acting, etc. Focusing on this methodology our curriculum offers Hindi language & Culture learning through various fun, kid-friendly, hands-on activities.
We focus on real-life spoken Hindi besides literacy. We aim to prepare kids in all three modes of communication; (a) Interpretive (b) Interpersonal (c) Presentational through specially created lesson plans.
Literacy: In literacy, we will first introduce them to Swar (Hindi vowels) and words starting with various swars. Once they master it we will slowly move on to Vyanjan (Hindi Consonants) and later on Maatraa (dependent form of swar) and as their proficiency grows move on to reading/writing two letter words, three letter words …..simple sentence structure and so on.
Topics: At this age kids' world is all about “Me & Myself”, keeping this in mind we will create such lesson plans which will prepare them to describe their world in the best possible way. Few of the topics which will be covered in this age group are:
1. My introduction,
2. My family
3. My likes & dislikes
4. My hobbies
5. My body parts
6. My schedule
Sub Topics: colors, animals, vegetables, fruits, family relationships, time telling etc.
Check for learning: After each major topic there will be a small project to assess kids learning
We would love to hear your feedback afterwards to help us make it the best class possible.
