Animal Encounters
Some of our most beloved scaley and slithering residents of The Science Zone are ready to meet you and your class! Our Animal Education and Care Specialists invite you to view, touch, learn about, and even feed our Zoo Zone animals in this animal encounter adventure! We will discuss habitat conservation, physical adaptations, and wildlife rehabilitation. Examples of animals you may meet include snakes, tarantulas, iguanas, tortoises, rabbits, and more! Our animal care team will choose animal interactions based on animal health, care needs, and class sizes.
