The Speech Barn Party Package Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Booking & Deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of $150 is required at the time of booking to reserve your party date and time.
- Your booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance is due no later than 14 days prior to your scheduled party date.
- Payment can be made via card, check, or online invoice link provided by The Speech Barn.
Rescheduling
- Parties may be rescheduled once, provided that notice is given at least 14 days in advance of the original date.
- Rescheduled parties must be held within 60 days of the original booking, subject to availability.
- If a new date cannot be accommodated or falls outside the 60-day window, the deposit will be forfeited.
Cancellations
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled event: The $150 deposit will be retained, but any remaining balance paid will be refunded.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event: No refund will be issued.
- No-shows (failure to arrive or contact The Speech Barn on the day of the event) will result in forfeiture of all payments.
Weather or Emergency Closures
- In the event of inclement weather, power outage, or another emergency closure initiated by The Speech Barn, families will be offered the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
- If rescheduling is not possible, a full credit will be issued for a future party or play event.
Additional Notes
- Please arrive no earlier than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for setup.
- Party guests and parents must follow all Speech Barn play space rules (including the grippy socks requirement) during the event.
- The Speech Barn reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any party due to unforeseen circumstances.
