Enjoy your private event surrounded by the beauty and charm of an urban homestead. Depending on your event, you may have access to nature-inspired features, garden spaces, cozy gathering areas, and opportunities to add animal encounters with our on-site chickens and bunnies for an additional fee.

This is an event rental, so you’re welcome to bring your own food, cake, decorations, activities, and special touches to create an event that feels like you.
We provide the unique setting—you bring the people and the celebration! 🌿
✨ Sunday rentals only
✨ Small gatherings only
✨ 30–40 guests maximum for indoor/outdoor events
✨ 15 guests maximum during inclement weather or when the majority of the event will be indoors
✨ Private event setup must be selected in advance
✨ Animal encounters available as an optional add-on

- Hair Styled with Fresh Flowers +$10
- Bring Homestead Animals +$30
Groups will pay a deposit of $50 to hold the date. The remainder of the fee will be paid before or on the morning of the event.
Packages are $100/hour with a 2 hour minimum. This includes set up and during the gathering.
We ask that guests leave the space tidy and ready for the next gathering. Please clean up food, decorations, trash, and personal belongings before leaving.
A $75 cleaning fee will be charged if the property is left excessively messy or requires additional cleanup after your event. Thank you for helping us keep our little homestead beautiful!
