Mindfulness and yoga-based movement ways to explore our senses, breath, thoughts, and emotions. In this interactive, hands-on, and adventure-filled camp, students explore through movement, breath, and creative projects using the natural world. Scavenger hunts, nature circles, and discovering favorite aspects of nature will be part of this class. Students build project-based skills alongside their social-emotional skills to brainstorm, team build, discuss, and reflect. Kids will learn to understand their own body and mind and develop tools for reducing stress and building compassion for themselves and others.
