All rentals are available for self-pick-up and drop-off at 64 Salem Street, Medford, MA 02155
Pick-Up & Drop-Off Hours
* Weekday Rentals: Pick-up during regular business hours: (May & June: Mon, Wed, Thur, 9am - 2:30pm; Fri, 9am - 5:30pm) (July & Aug: Mon, Wed, Thur, Fri 9am - 12pm)
* Weekend Rentals: Pick-up on Fridays during business hours: (May & June: 9am - 2:30pm) (July & August 9am - 12pm)
* Weekend Returns: Drop-off on Mondays during business hours: (May & June: 9am - 2:30pm) (July & August 9am - 12pm)
Rental periods are 24 hours, except for weekend rentals, which are 72 hours. Must coordinate with self-pickup and drop-off times.
Security Deposit: A refundable $100 security deposit will be held at the time of rental and returned upon receipt and inspection of the items.
Late Returns: Returned items are subject to a $20 late fee per day past the scheduled return date. If a rental is not returned within 7 days of the return date:
* The $100 deposit will be forfeited.
* Additional late fees of $20/day will continue to accrue until the 8th day.
Condition of Rental Items: We ask that all rental items be returned in the same condition they were received. Items will be inspected upon return, and any damage, excessive wear, missing pieces, or need for replacement may result in additional charges.
