Private Party Request
The Whimsery is available for private bookings — birthdays, milestone celebrations, end-of-year parties, playdates, etc. The whole studio, just for your crew. Every station open, every surface ready.
Here's how it works:
- Fully facilitated 2-hour session
- Children aged 1.5–9 years
- All stations open and stocked with materials
- Style the Gathering Spot however you like
- We handle setup and cleanup of the play area
What to bring?
- Decorations, balloons, etc.
- Food, drinks for your party
- Plates, cutlery, serving utensils
Headcount:20 kids + their caregivers (Can request additional headcount)
Duration:2 hrs. event + 1 hr. setup + 1hr. teardown (Can request additional time)

- Additional Time (price/hour) +$20
- Plates (big, small), Flatware (forks, spoons, knives), Food Serveware, Drinkware, Napkins [all disposable] +$50
- Plates (big, small), Flatware (forks, spoons, knives), Food Serveware, Drinkware, Napkins [all steel] +$30
- After-party Cleanup (have your party and leave the cleaning to us) +$50
- $150 Event Fee is due 7 days before the event
- $50 non-refundable Booking Fee is required for non-members upon acceptance of the request to book your spot
- Unable to pay the event fee by the due date will lead to cancellation of the booking
- Once paid, the event fee is non-refundable but the event can be rescheduled to a later date
