Description

Join us for a special event - just in time for the holidays - presented by Sara Peternell, MNT who is Board Certified in Holistic Nutrition. This is a 60 minute live presentation!

It’s that time of year: “Cold & Flu Season”! It seems the cooler it gets outside, the more coughs and colds start popping up. This is especially true if you are a family with small children. Have you ever had an illness ruin your holidays? (The. Worst.😫) Sick/tired kids (or parents) means fewer fun outings, more missed days of school/work, and generally more stress for everyone (at an already pretty stress-filled time of year).

But, you can totally focus on nutrition, lifestyle and supplements to keep your family healthy this season.

Come to this fun and interactive workshop and learn some of my tried and true “beat the bugs” tips.
