This class is open for both children and adults to learn the joys of West African drumming. Some classes will feature a master drummer from guinea named Kolipe Camara, whose family has been steeped in the traditions of drumming and dancing for generations. We have several mid-sized djembes that are perfect for children, and you can feel free to bring your own djembe as well. Drumming together and locking in rhythmically with a group is a great social activity and also a great way for parents to bond with their children.
