Private Event/Party at TRMC
Private Party (Birthday, Staff Appreciation, Family Reunions, and more!)
Birthday, staff appreciation, family reunion and more; we love hosting private parties here at the studio. This type of event includes 2 hours of private after-hours access to TR Makers Co, a project you select for you and your guests to complete, an artist to help teach the lesson, all art materials and supplies, set-up and clean-up of the studio. At our birthday parties, for any age, we also include a block printed tee that will be made for the birthday girl/boy during the event. In addition, we will also create a free personalized party invitation for you to print and send out to your invitees. The cost is $250.00 for up to 9 guests ages 4 and up. A non-refundable $100 deposit is required to hold your party date and help us prepare for your activity. The final balance is due on the day of the party. Custom Experience (Field Trips, Homeschool Lessons, Staff Development, Artist Development and more!)
Let’s create an experience just for your group. This type of event is for in-studio and destination event requests. We have hosted special Play Date events, half day Makers events, field trips, homeschool lessons, staff development, and artist development at the studio. The cost for these events is given once we understand what type of event you are looking to have. We will work with you to make sure your group has the best time while here at TR Makers Co! Special Notes
Special Note for adult events: We can also have each party guest pay individually if preferred. Let us know if you would rather have an online payment option set up so your guests to use.
Special Note for children’s birthday parties: We want every child to have a great time while here making and creating, so we recommend keeping these parties under 16 guests. Parents of guests are not required to stay unless your child is 4 or under. Party hosts will be asked to stay during the duration of the event.
Food
We will have a table available for food and beverages. We will cover the table with a black tablecloth, but you may bring in your own if you prefer. We do not supply any food or beverage for your private event unless specifically asked. We can cater and/or provide a selection of beverages at an additional fee.
