Train with the whole family! If you have taken advantage of our sibling or family discounts, this mixed-age class is a great opportunity to train together (though Individual students are welcome.) Children and teens learn how to defend against bullying fists as well as bullying words. They gain physical skills, but also (most importantly) life skills that will benefit them forever. Parents or older siblings can help guide the young ones through their martial arts journey by leading by example and assisting instructors.
This class is for students who are white belts and orange belts.
