Description
All types of exercise have amazing benefits. Cardio exercise in particular improves mental health and mood, boosts metabolism, relieves pain, and reduces stress - just to name a few things. At T&T Karate, we not only provide all these benefits of cardio training, but also the benefits of group workouts. Group workouts are more motivational than solo-sessions, require more accountability than a gym membership, and provide a greater variety of exercises. Not to mention our instructors are dedicated to each individual's needs!
Instructors offer two levels to each exercise: High Intensity, and Low Impact, so anyone can participate. All are welcome; no matter skill level, fitness, or age.
