Then, keep the fun going with 30 minutes of private studio time to celebrate, toast, and connect. Feel free to BYOB — we have a refrigerator and table ready for your drinks and treats.

- Adult Fitness Event: Personalized Items. Ex. Barre Socks, Towels, Workout Tanks (cost adjusted depending on item and requested number) +$20
- Adult Fitness Event: Charcuterie or Sweets Tray from Wimberley Valley Dinner Club (serves 10-12) +$120
- Adult Fitness Event: Wine from Jaclynn Renee Wines (2 bottles) +$100
- Kids Birthday Party: Pizza and Drinks (serves 10) +$100
- Kids Birthday Party: Additional Staff and Room for cake and gifts (applied for parties with 11-20 kids) +$50
- Kids Birthday Party: Additional Staff and Room for cake and gifts (applied for parties with 21-30 kids) +$100

Thank you for choosing Twisted Motion for your event! Please review the following policies to ensure a smooth and memorable event for everyone.
Deposit & Payment Policy
A deposit of $75 is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and time.
The remaining balance will be collected on the day of the party once the final headcount has been confirmed.
Liability Waiver Requirement
For safety and compliance, all participants must have a signed Twisted Motion Liability Waiver on file before participating in any activities. Waivers can be completed online or in person before the party.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled party time to receive a refund of the $75 deposit.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the party will forfeit the deposit.
