Private Event Flow & Details
• Great for groups of 5–30
• 2-hour private studio rental
• Optional add-ons: art experience package, charcuterie boards, non-alcoholic beverages, and wine/beer (served in partnership with our licensed vendors)
• You’re welcome to bring your own food—just let us know ahead of time
• We’ll work with you to customize the project and flow based on your group’s vibe and goals (team building, celebration, quiet creative night, etc.)
Policies & Expectations
• A $100 deposit is required to hold your date and goes toward your total
• Final guest count must be confirmed and remaining balanced paid 3 days before your event
• Events are scheduled in 2 hour blocks—a $50 late fee will apply if your group stays more than 15 minutes past your scheduled time
• Please drink responsibly—we want everyone to have fun and feel safe
• You’re welcome to bring food, and decorations—we just ask that you clean up personal items before the end of your reserved time
• We often host back-to-back events, so please don’t arrive more than 20 minutes early for setup

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at time of booking. The remainder can be paid 3 days before the party.
Parties will end at the agreed upon end time, staying past the allowed clean up time will result in a $50 late fee.
