# UBABY Color Birthday Party Policy

Thank you for celebrating with UBABY Color!
To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for all families, please review the following party policies before booking.

## Booking & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time.
Party reservations are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance must be paid no later than 7 days prior to the event date.

## Final Guest Count

Final guest count must be confirmed at least 7 days before the event.

Any additional guests beyond the included package may incur an extra per-child fee, subject to studio capacity.

Due to safety and space limitations, all parties must remain within the approved guest limit.

## Arrival & Event Timing

Party access begins at the scheduled start time and ends promptly at the scheduled end time.

Please note that early setup access may not always be available due to other classes or private events scheduled before your party.

Additional overtime may result in extra charges if studio availability permits.

## Food & Decorations

Outside food, cake, and desserts are permitted.

For the safety of our space and equipment, we kindly ask families to avoid:

* Open flames larger than standard birthday candles
* Confetti, glitter, or smoke machines
* Wall adhesives or decorations that may damage surfaces

Families are responsible for notifying guests of any food allergies or dietary concerns.

## Cleanup & Studio Care

Basic party cleanup is included.

However, excessive mess, spills, damage, or misuse of studio property may result in additional cleaning or repair fees.

The booking family is financially responsible for any intentional damage to furniture, equipment, artwork displays, or studio fixtures.

## Supervision & Safety

Children must remain appropriately supervised throughout the event.

UBABY Color staff members facilitate activities and party experiences but are not responsible for individual child supervision outside structured activities.

Emergency contact information must remain available during the event.

## Clothing & Art Materials

Some art materials may stain clothing.
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing suitable for creative activities.

---

## Photography

Photos or videos may occasionally be taken during parties for promotional or social media purposes.

If you prefer that your child not appear in photos, please notify us in writing prior to the event.

## Cancellation & Rescheduling

Due to the custom preparation involved in each celebration, deposits are non-refundable.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event may not be eligible for credit or transfer.

For the Custom Luxury Package, parents need to book the party 30 days in advance

## Liability

Ubaby Color is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal belongings.

Participation in party activities is voluntary and at the family’s own discretion.

By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the policies listed above.

A $50 refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit may be refunded after the event or applied toward any party add-ons.
