Life as a new momma is beautiful, humbling, and, without a doubt, stressful! But apart from finding your tribe, there are lots of things you can do to help relieve some of that pressure. Everything from what you eat to the way you breathe can impact how you feel. So we’ve put together a panel of health experts to help new moms and moms-to-be learn how to reduce postpartum stress. And don’t be intimidated by their collective list of credentials (CPT, MA, PhD, MS, RD, MD, MPH!!!), these ladies know how to make challenging topics accessible and fun. The event will include raffles, goodie bags, light bites, and refreshments.
This is an adult-focused class/event , but we encourage you to bring your child. Please register under your child's name.
