Notes:

MPORTANT RULES FOR THE PARENT AND PARTICIPANT:

-In an effort to keep the camp running smoothly and on time, we do not allow arrivals after 
9:30 a.m. unless arranged ahead of time.
-We also ask that parents do not pick up their participants earlier than 2:45p.m., as we like them 
to fully participate in the camp chant and clean up, however, we understand if there are events that require them to leave early. Please let us know at drop off so that we can make sure they are out of the water.

-Parents, for the safety of your child, please make sure you are physically checking your participants in and out with our check-in counselor (with the check-in clipboard) and walking them down to the beach. 
-If you are unable to attend a scheduled day, please call or email to let us know with as much notice as possible. (see cancellation policy)
-No-shows will be considered a used day and forfeit a make-up day.
-Parents, if you are staying at the beach while your participant is in camp, please stay off to the side out of the camp’s perimeters to insure your child fully participates in the camp. Your participant is in a day camp and needs to adhere to camp rules like staying in our designated area, not going up on the rocks or on the street, etc. We find that they do much better when they do not know that you are right there! It is fine if they want to have snack time/lunch time with you if they let us know, but we appreciate them participating fully in the camp’s day schedule. Thank you for your understanding!
