Deposits:
A non-refundable deposit of $50% is required to reserve your party date and time. This deposit goes toward your total party cost.

Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due 5 days before the event. Payment can be made online or in-person.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you cancel at least 14 days before your event, we will refund any amount paid except the $350 deposit.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be issued, but we will do our best to reschedule your party for a future date (subject to availability).
No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Rescheduling:
We understand things happen! You may reschedule your party once, up to 7 days before the event, with no additional fee. Additional reschedules may be subject to a $50 fee.
