An 18% cash gratuity for our staff is required for all private events.
Deposits:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date and time at minimum 2 week before date. This deposit goes toward your total party cost.
Celebrate your child’s special day with a joyful, hands-on art and sensory adventure! This party is designed especially for toddlers and young children who love to explore, create, and play.

✨ Open Studio Art Time: Kids are free to explore a variety of creative materials at their own pace in a relaxed, colorful studio space. From paint to collage, every child can express their imagination!
🎨 Painting Wall – A dedicated wall where little artists can paint big, splashing colors and make bold, happy marks — perfect for tiny hands!
🧠 3–4 Sensory Stations – Engaging, tactile experiences that delight the senses and spark curiosity! Think fun sensory bins, textures, and safe hands-on play that keeps children happily exploring throughout the party

Set-up & clean-up support: We help with all the party preparation and the after-party clean-up so you can relax and enjoy the celebration.
Flow assistance: Our team keeps activities moving smoothly and helps littles transition from station to station with ease.

Deposits:

Final Payment:
The remaining balance will be closed out the day of the event.
Cancellations & Refunds:
If you cancel at least 14 days before your event, we will refund any amount paid except the 50% deposit.
If you cancel less than 14 days before the event, no refund will be issued, but we will do our best to reschedule your party for a future date (subject to availability).
No-shows or same-day cancellations are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Rescheduling:
We understand things happen! You may reschedule your party once, up to 7 days before the event, with no additional fee. Additional reschedules may be subject to a $50 fee.
