Cancelation & Refund Policy:
-A Non-Refundable Deposit is required to hold date and time of scheduled events.
-Event date and time are adjustable if made 28 days prior to the scheduled party time.
-Any cancellations, or date/time changes less than 28 days of originally scheduled party will forfeit full deposit amount. (Exceptions are made for medical illness/injury of party guest of honor or primary parent with doctors note.
- Friday evening events receive an additional 10% discount (cannot be combined with any other discounts or promotions). Discount will be applied upon final payment and is not reflected while booking event.
