WILD ROOTS BIRTHDAY PARTY POLICIES AND DETAILS

Booking & Deposit

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your party date. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received and details are approved. The deposit goes toward your total party cost and allows us to begin planning and preparing materials.

Balance & Payment

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your party. Any additional costs for extra guests, food, cake, or add-on activities will be agreed upon in advance. Final guest counts and project selections are due 7 days before the event.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible.

More than 14 days before: Cancel or reschedule once, subject to availability. The deposit is non-refundable.
7–14 days before: One rescheduling may be offered, subject to availability. The deposit remains non-refundable, and agreed-upon costs for custom materials may apply.
Less than 7 days before: Payments may be non-refundable due to planning, preparation, and materials already committed.
Unforeseen circumstances: Please reach out, and we’ll do our best to find a reasonable solution.

If Wild Roots must cancel, you may reschedule or receive a refund for services not provided.

Food & Cake

Families are welcome to bring their own food, cake, and refreshments. We may also provide these for an additional fee by prior arrangement. Please share any known food allergies or dietary restrictions in advance.
