Mud Makers
A joyful, messy, hands-on mud experience where nature fuels imagination!
Kids will dive into mud play, building, sculpting, experimenting, and creating freely with natural materials. This party is all about sensory exploration, open-ended discovery, and the magic that happens when little hands meet earth. If there’s a special person to celebrate, we’ll add a collaborative muddy creation that all kids help make just for them!

Food + Snacks
To keep our parties fun and flexible for everyone, families are asked to bring their own snacks and food. If you’d like to make things extra easy, we recommend Harpers Eden Catering: https://harperseden.com/
Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time.
Final payment is due 14 days before the event.
Payment can be made via Sawyer only.
Parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance to allow for proper preparation.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date based on availability.
Weather Policy
We are a rain or shine organization, but we understand birthdays can be a bummer in inclement weather! If inclement weather is expected, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust plans as needed.
If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a credit to be used toward a future event.
Additional Details
Our base party package includes up to 15 children. Additional children can be accommodated at $15 per child (please confirm final count 7 days before the event).
We are happy to offer location recommendations should you need them.
We encourage children to dress for mess and weather-appropriate play.
Willowdale is not responsible for clothing stains or damages.
All participants will be required to sign a waiver and photo release policy.
