Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking to secure your event date and time.
Final payment is due 7 days before the event.
Payment can be made via Sawyer only.
Parties must be booked at least two weeks in advance to allow for proper preparation.
🚨 Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event will receive a full refund, minus the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new preferred date based on availability.
🌦 Weather Policy
We are a rain or shine organization, but we understand birthdays can be a bummer in inclement weather!
If inclement weather is expected, we will work with you to reschedule or adjust plans as needed.
If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue a credit to be used toward a future event.
🎉 Additional Details
Our base party package includes up to 15 children. Additional children can be accommodated at $15 per child (please confirm final count 7 days before the event).
We are happy to offer location recommendations should you need them.
We encourage children to dress for mess and weather-appropriate play.
Willowdale is not responsible for clothing stains or damages.
All participants will be required to sign a waiver and photo release policy.
